- Lifetime means the product’s lifetime. Access ends if the product is discontinued.
- Updates can interrupt access. There is no guaranteed release date for fixes.
- Check compatibility first. Try the free version and read the refund policy before paying.
- Your key is private. Keep it safe and do not share or resell it.
This is a quick overview. Read the full terms below. Nothing in these terms takes away consumer rights that apply to you by law.
Your licence and product key
By buying, downloading, or using Scooby, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not buy, download, or use the products.
- What lifetime access means: your access lasts for as long as Scooby continues to provide that product. It does not mean access for your lifetime or a promise that the product will always be available. Products may be discontinued without compensation under our policy.
- Keep your key private. Do not share, sell, distribute, or publish it without permission. Doing so will result in your key being banned immediately.
- Keep a safe copy. Our policy is not to replace keys that are lost, stolen, or shared.
- Breaking these terms: we may suspend or permanently disable your product key and account without advance notice if you break these rules.
Payments and payment disputes
A chargeback is a request to your bank or payment provider to reverse a payment.
- We may hold, reject, or cancel payments marked as suspicious, fraudulent, or high risk.
- If a payment is flagged, we will not issue a product key. The payment may be held or returned to the cardholder.
- Our policy prohibits chargebacks: filing one leads to permanent loss of access and a block on future purchases. Threatening a chargeback also leads to an immediate ban. This policy does not remove rights you have under applicable law.
- We keep purchase and transaction records and may use them to respond to fraudulent payment disputes.
Paying with cryptocurrency
Check the payment instructions carefully before sending cryptocurrency.
- Check the address and amount. You are responsible for sending the amount requested to the correct wallet address.
- Allow for network fees. If fees reduce the amount received below the amount requested, the payment will be incomplete.
- Blockchain transfers cannot normally be reversed. Our policy is not to refund cryptocurrency purchases, except where required by applicable law.
- We are not responsible for mistakes such as sending to the wrong address, sending the wrong amount, or failing to cover network fees.
Updates and maintenance
Buying a product while it is being updated does not give you immediate access.
- There is no guaranteed completion or release date for updates. We test updates before releasing them.
- Under our policy, update delays do not qualify for refunds, compensation, or extra access time, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Getting help
Start with the setup and troubleshooting guides for your game.
- Follow the relevant guide before requesting support. It may already explain how to fix your issue.
- Support is available when the team is available. Replies are not guaranteed to be immediate.
- Do not spam support channels. Repeated spam will result in refusal of further assistance.
Downtime and product availability
Products are not guaranteed to work continuously.
- Game updates can temporarily stop a product from working or cause crashes, broken features, and other problems.
- We aim to release fixes as soon as possible, but early updates may still have issues.
- Products may go offline for updates or may be permanently discontinued.
- Our policy does not provide refunds or compensation for downtime or time spent waiting for fixes, except where required by applicable law.
Information we collect
We use the information described below for security, account verification, and fraud prevention.
- Device and connection information: we record your hardware ID (HWID, an identifier for your computer) and IP address.
- Discord: if you link your Discord account, we record your Discord user ID and associate it with your product key.
- Payments: payment processing is handled by third-party providers. We keep transaction records, but do not collect or store your payment credentials.
Refunds: read before buying
Our general policy is that purchases are final and non-refundable, except where applicable law gives you a right to a refund or another remedy.
- Under this policy, update delays and product downtime do not qualify for a refund. Any rights you have under applicable law still apply.
- Try the free version first to check compatibility before buying Premium.
- Cryptocurrency purchases follow the same refund policy. Check the wallet address, payment amount, and network fees before paying.
- Fraudulent payments are rejected and no key is issued. See payments and payment disputes for how flagged payments and chargebacks are handled.
