Make Liberty City your own with Scooby for Grand Theft Auto IV. Configure lock on, silent aim for supported bullet weapons, Magic bullet and triggerbot, with target filters, activation keys, range controls and separate target snaplines.
Visuals your way
Independent ESP profiles for players, NPCs, self, vehicles and pickups. Configure boxes, names, distance, health, skeletons and weapon information where applicable, alongside radar and character previews.
Weapons & vehicles
Search vehicle and weapon catalogs by name or model, filter by class and game version, and configure spawning and ammunition. Adjust weapon handling, vehicle protection, repair, boost and grip.
Explore & customize
Health and wanted controls, movement, camera settings, waypoint and saved-location teleport, time and weather. Keep your preferred setup with profiles, hotkeys and Lua pages.
Included in release 2026.10.10.9
This release adds an ESP Appearance editor and independent FOV circle styling: fill opacity, two-color gradients, direction, thickness and outlines. Weapon and ammunition labels now have separate styling and placement controls.
Also added: advanced and standard weapon loadouts with an ammo slider, Never flip recovery near the ground, quick spawn, scrollable catalogs, attached vehicle information, NPC previews, smooth health bars, and 3D vehicle/pickup boxes. Movement is grouped under Self; View is under Visuals. Noclip now uses per-frame velocity control instead of freezing and repeatedly teleporting the player.
These additions are included in GTA IV 2026.10.10.9 through Scooby Loader 4.82. Automated build and package checks passed; live gameplay acceptance, including noclip shooting and smoothness, remains pending.
Supported builds: exact GTA IV 1.0.7.0, 1.0.8.0 and Complete Edition 1.2.0.59 Windows x86 executables. Standalone EFLC, other builds and projectile/explosive silent aim are unsupported.
Sign in with premium access or a shared free key, start GTA IV and load a save, then choose GTA IV in Scooby Loader. First use downloads fonts and languages; later starts reuse the cache. Press F1 or Insert to open the menu. Restart GTA IV before loading a replacement DLL.
Configs, scripts and UI assets stay in C:/scooby/GTA4. Published release: 2026.10.10.9.
