Check your game edition, Windows architecture, account and session before loading.
Requirements
- Windows x64 and the matching 64-bit Steam game installation.
- A valid free-key session or signed-in paid account. Both TF2 editions are included. An expired free key must be renewed before loading.
- The current loader and matching TF2 package. An older package can reject a newer game build.
- The
-insecurelaunch option. Start game supplies it automatically. For an already-running game, close it, add the option in Steam’s game properties, and restart. - A local practice/listen-server session. Remote-server gameplay is outside the current supported session path.

Preview support
The TF2 family is a preview. Full feature parity and every weapon, entity and game transition have not been verified. Linux, Proton and 32-bit game builds are not validated for this package. Check the selected game’s compatibility after a game update.
